"Oatmeal" is a "low GI food" with plenty of dietary fiber, gentle digestion and absorption, and suppresses a rapid rise in blood sugar level. I want to incorporate it into my daily diet, but I think the way of eating tends to be one pattern, such as soaking in milk or hot water.
Therefore, I would like to recommend the arrangement recipe "oatmeal fried rice"! You can make fried rice with oatmeal, which you tend to avoid while you are on a diet. Of course, we don't use any rice.
■ Materials (1 serving)
・ Oatmeal 100g (3.53oz)・ Water 110ml (3.72us fl oz)
・ Half-boiled onion ・ 1.5 peppers ・ 4 sausages ・ 1 piece of garlic ・ 1 egg ・ 1 tablespoon soy sauce
・ 1/5 tablespoon of oil
・ 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
■ How to make
1. Put 100g (3.53oz) of oatmeal and 110ml (3.72us fl oz) of water in a heat-resistant container, wrap it softly, and heat it in a 500W microwave oven for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
2. Fry the oil and chopped garlic over low heat, then fry the chopped sausages, onions and peppers in order over high heat.

3. When the ingredients are cooked, add the fluffy oatmeal, add the eggs and stir well. Finally, mix soy sauce and sesame oil and you're done!

■ Slightly moist fried rice
It seems that the firepower was weak, so it wasn't "para-para", but rather "moist". It has a texture closer to grilled rice than fried rice. A long time ago, I remembered the fried rice that my mother made for lunch during the summer vacation, and I felt a little nostalgic.
The grain flavor is also more modest than I expected, so even people who are not good at oatmeal can easily try this recipe. It seems that the range of arrangements will expand, such as making chicken rice in the same way, or adding a little effort to make omelet rice. Try it with the " oatmeal cookie" introduced earlier!
