At each Nakau store, the popular winter menu "Chicken salt udon" will be on sale at 11:00 on October 4th. Limited time until late January. The price is 290 yen for small and 490 yen for average, both including tax.
Chicken salt udon is a classic winter menu that has been well received since its launch in 2007. The soup is made by adding algae salt produced from the seawater of Setouchi, chicken oil (chiyu) with condensed chicken flavor, and garlic-flavored salt sauce that appeals to the appetite.
The transparent soup has a light yet deep taste. Along with smooth udon noodles, tender chicken, and crispy green onions, you can enjoy the rich taste to the last drop.
