The "Sudachi Oroshi Udon" is a chilled udon with a refreshing flavor, served with a whole Tokushima Prefecture-grown sudachi squeezed into the udon. The aromatic sourness of the sudachi and Nakau's special soy sauce sauce are combined with the smooth, smooth udon noodles and grated daikon to create a refreshing taste even in the hot summer months. Prices are 350 yen for (small), 490 yen for (medium), and 590 yen for (large).

The "Sudachi Oroshi Soba" is made from nihachi soba, a type of buckwheat noodle characterized by its smooth texture and smoothness. It is topped with Tokushima Prefecture-grown sudachi and grated radish. Prices are (small) 400 yen, (medium) 540 yen, and (large) 640 yen.

Chicken tempura with sudachi grated radish is a dish of udon noodles with sudachi grated radish topped with crispy "Kyoto-style chicken tempura" fried in the restaurant. The refreshing flavor of the yuzu juice on the chicken tempura is a perfect match with the refreshing aroma of sudachi. Prices are (small) 420 yen, (medium) 630 yen, and (large) 730 yen.

Chicken tempura with sudachi grated radish is served on top of a bed of sudachi grated radish. Prices are 470 yen for a small portion, 680 yen for a medium portion, and 780 yen for a large portion.
