Nakau "8 kinds of vegetables" and "cold udon noodles".


"8 Kinds of Vegetable Udon Noodles" and "Cold Udon Noodles" will be available from Nakau. They will go on sale at 11:00 a.m. on April 27. The price of the "8 Kinds of Vegetable Udon" will be 690 yen for a medium size and 790 yen for a large size. The "Chilled Taniyashi Udon" will be available for 350 yen for a small size, 490 yen for a medium size, and 590 yen for a large size (all prices include tax).



Udon "8-Stage Vegetable Udon" is an excellent salad udon with plenty of vegetables, perfect for the early summer season. It is topped with eight colorful vegetables, including green leaves, lettuce, carrots, and bell peppers, as well as steamed chicken and original sweet and spicy tanzan minced chicken.

The sauce is made by kneading the evenly heated sesame seeds twice to create a fine, smooth paste with a rich aroma. The "Tantan-yaki Sesame Sauce" is spicy with special raayu (Chinese chili oil) and goes great with vegetables and steamed chicken. Add Caesar sauce, which is served separately, to enjoy the change to a mellower taste.

At the same time, the restaurant will be celebrating its 10th anniversary this year with the sale of "chilled udon noodles. A small size is also available, which can be enjoyed as an accompaniment to the more reasonably priced oyako-don (chicken and egg bowl).

Udon noodles are boiled in the same pot (hot water) as soba noodles.
