Seasonal black tea "Assam" is used for the whipped cream and sauce, and lemon peel is added as an accent to the sauce. You can enjoy the richness and mellow sweetness of Assam. It is said that it is a "super authentic milk tea Japanese confectionery" that was developed without using spices in cooperation with a tea leaf shop and a cooking expert.
