Confectionery master Suehiroan's "Waguri Mont Blanc Daifuku"

The popular autumn product "Waguri Mont Blanc Daifuku" from the Japanese sweets shop "Kashisho Suehiroan" has been renewed. It will be on sale from September 11th at 6 directly managed stores and EC sites in Kanagawa prefecture. The price is 500 yen (tax included) per piece.

A luxurious Japanese dessert with chestnut paste squeezed on Daifuku wrapped in homemade bean paste and whipped cream, and Kanro-ni of astringent skin chestnuts. While pursuing the quality of Western confectionery while focusing on Japanese confectionery, we are refining the deliciousness with the increased amount of Japanese chestnut paste compared to last year and the chewy Daifuku.

The secret of its deliciousness is the high-purity Japanese chestnut paste that uses plenty of chestnuts from Kasama, Ibaraki Prefecture. When you put it in your mouth, it melts smoothly and the scent of chestnuts spreads.

Daifuku, which brings out the original sweetness of glutinous rice without using extra ingredients, has a chewy and fluffy texture. The unique manufacturing method that can minimize the amount of sugar used enhances the taste of Waguri paste.

It is the craftsman's handiwork that ultimately determines the deliciousness of the squeezed Japanese chestnut paste, the whipping of the cream, and the texture of the mochi. Each one is carefully made.
