The menu is lined with discerning dishes that make the most of "the four seasons and culture of Japan." In the shabu-shabu course (7,700 yen plus tax and service fee), you can enjoy "suki-shabu", which you can enjoy in a hot pot using red wine, and seafood shabu-shabu, which you can enjoy in a hot pot that combines kelp soup stock with olive oil. In addition, appetizers using sea bream and bluefin tuna, steamed crab and shark fin chawanmushi, and roasted conger eel are also offered.
