Takuen Dakuchi is a restaurant where you can taste Kobe beef, one of the "top brands" of Japanese black beef, at a low price of 5 yen per gram. Since meat is purchased directly from a meat wholesaler without going through a butcher, it seems that it can be offered at a reasonable price while keeping the purchase price low.

The shop is located on the 5th floor of the Ginza Hakuhinkan Building, so you can see the night view of Ginza from the audience seats on the window side. Private rooms are also available in the spacious store, so it seems that it can be used for year-end parties and new year parties in the coming season.

A pot is set in the IH heater in the center of the table, and raw eggs (1 per person) and additional warishita and kelp soup stock are prepared.
