The specialty of "Buntokuzan" is "Isoyaki Abalone", which is steamed abalone with amazing tenderness. The abalone is steamed to a surprisingly soft abalone, topped with a carefully kneaded liver sauce, and then topped with a generous amount of green laver. The aroma of the sea tickles your nose, making you want to eat this dish again and again.
