Meanwhile, an unusual autumn menu was released at the restaurant "Love Ginza Glasse" in Ginza, Tokyo. It is a dish that you can enjoy the signature menu "Kirishima Kurobuta Shabu-shabu" with "Mango Who".

In French, meat is sometimes eaten with fruit sauce, but this is the first time for "Shabu-shabu x Fruit Who". I was wondering what it tasted like, so I ate it.

Shabu-shabu eaten with mango can be enjoyed by adding "Mango fruit sauce with Rabuta special flavor sauce" (330 yen) to the regular shabu-shabu menu (2,100 yen). And with the mangoes, there is the "Kyotamba Shimeji Samadhi" (700 yen), which is also offered only in the fall.

I had imagined a sweet taste like dessert, but it seems that it contains white wine vinegar, and it has a taste that fits well with the dish. And this sour taste that stimulates the throat surprisingly enhances the sweetness of Kirishima Kurobuta. It made me realize once again the sweetness and umami of pork, which is comparable to the richness of the sauce. Pork was so sweet ...!

In addition, the acidity makes my tired body feel tighter. It's an autumn menu, but it may be just right for the end of summer.
