A two-week limited menu "Foie Gras Lemon Ramen" was released on June 15th at "39 YOSHOKU", a loco moco specialty store in Nihonbashibakurocho. The price is 1,890 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

It seems that "foie gras goes well with lemon ramen" !?

Foie gras lemon ramen is the third menu in the popular "Lemon Ramen" series. The lemon ramen, which is a combination of sliced lemons, is finished with foie gras. The chef of the store, Mr. Yukio Murayama, made use of his training experience in Paris, France, and developed it through repeated research.

Like lemon ramen, spicy miso, hot spring eggs, lemon, and coriander (100 yen each) are available as toppings.
