At "39 YOSHOKU" (Bakurocho, Tokyo), which offers "authentic" Hawaiian food, the popular " Lemon Ramen " that was on sale for a limited time this spring is now on the long-awaited grand menu. You can now eat it anytime.

This day has finally come ...!

Lemon ramen is a warm ramen developed with the image of Hawaiian soup soba "Saimin". Lemon soup is mixed with thin and chewy raw noodles, and topped with sliced lemon, large cut char siu, green onion, coriander, etc. The price is 800 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

The soup itself is not so sour, so it's nice to be able to add as much acidity as you like while playing with the lemon topping with chopsticks. The aftertaste is refreshing and refreshing, so you can go with it. If you like, you can add toppings such as "spicy miso", "onsen tamago", and "pakuchi" (100 yen each).

Furthermore, at the same store, the daily menu "Tomato Ramen", which was the second most popular after lemon ramen, has been revived for a limited time until July 31st. The price is 900 yen.

This is a cold ramen that is eaten with the tomato-based cold Spanish soup "Gazpacho". Served on a plate with plenty of salad.

You can eat it in a "tsukemen" style by dipping it in gazpacho, or you can sprinkle gazpacho on the noodles and mix the whole. Easygoing Hawaiian (?) I hope you can taste it as you like.

The impression I ate was " Western-style chilled Chinese " in a nutshell. The sourness of gazpacho, which is more authentic than you can imagine, makes the whole thing refreshing, so even on hot days when you have no appetite, you can feel good.

By the way, we recommend the toppings of "super spicy" (100 yen) and "parmesan cheese" (150 yen). By adding the spicy sauce to the gazpacho in the desired amount, the rich umami will be further enhanced. If you add cheese to this, the pungent stimulus of the spicy sauce and the richness of the mellow cheese are perfectly fused!

Just in case, 39 YOSHOKU is not a ramen shop but a "loco moco specialty shop". The signboard menu is not ramen, but actually a plate lunch with loco moco as the main ingredient.

That's why a menu called "Lemon Chicken Loco Moco" (980 yen) is also available as the second lemon series following Lemon Ramen. It seems that this is a limited menu for the whole of June, so the priority to eat is lemon chicken loco moco (full of June) → tomato ramen (full of July) → lemon ramen (you can eat it anytime)!

The store is located at 1-5-8 Nihonbashibakurocho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 11:00 to 21:00 (last order 20:30).
