At each Kappa Sushi store, the second authentic ramen series "Authentic! Bermihen" will be released on July 25th. The price is 390 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below). It will end as soon as it runs out.
This is Thai-style soup-free noodles that reproduce the authentic taste by using plenty of fish sauce and sweet chili sauce and adding kneaded sesame and lemongrass. It is finished with fragrant coriander on top of paprika and shrimp.
After enjoying it like mixed soba, it is recommended to squeeze the lemon to change the flavor. You can also add 100 yen to "Pakuchi Pakuchi".
