The Hawaiian bistro "39 YOSHOKU" (Bakurocho, Tokyo) offers new menus "Ice Lemon Ramen" and "Curry Lemon Ramen" that are arranged from Hawaiian noodle dish "Saimin". Limited time until the end of August.

The ice lemon ramen is a summer version of the restaurant's signature menu, " Lemon Ramen." Lemon ramen soup is frozen and carved like shaved ice. The condensed cold soup is entwined with the noodles and can be eaten lightly even in the hot summer. The price is 1,000 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

On the other hand, curry lemon ramen is a "sweating ramen" devised by the chef of the shop to match the lemon ramen. It seems that the smooth soup is behind, not muddy. It looks like ordinary lemon ramen, but if you eat a bite, the curry flavor will spread in your mouth. The price is 900 yen.
