Pickles Corporation will release "Black Pepper Cucumber" and "Consomme Cabbage" jointly developed with high school students in Saitama Prefecture from April 22nd. This is an attempt to improve the “pickles” of young people.


Black pepper cucumber is a thick sliced cucumber with a firm texture, seasoned with fragrant fried garlic and black pepper. The chopsticks don't stop, and the taste is lingering.

On the other hand, the consomme cabbage is a tsukemono with the image of "consomme-flavored potato chips". The sweetness of the cabbage and the consomme flavor go well together, so you can enjoy it as a side dish.
