At the ramen shop "Menya Shono" in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, the popular menu "Premium Soymilk Ebi Plain Hot Water", which was sold at the "Ramen Women's Expo" held in March 2015, is being reprinted. Limited to 15 meals each day and night, the price is 900 yen (tax included).


Premium soymilk shrimp plain hot water is a ramen developed for women through repeated research. Coconut oil is also added to the rich soup made by adding "premium soy milk" to the soup stock based on a large amount of shrimp and mushrooms, and you can enjoy the soft and sweet scent.

When it was sold at the Ramen Women's Expo, it was so popular that it waited for up to two hours. The people who ate it commented that it was terribly delicious and that the milk and shrimp spread in the mouth in a good balance without being biased.

In addition, some pork bones have been added to the reprint sale, and "broiled shrimp" has been added to the serving, making the taste even deeper than last time.
