Shuichi was originally a Tsukemen restaurant with a store in Nishi-Azabu, and the Ebisu store opened just about a year ago. I decided to go to the Ebisu store near the office with the editorial staff.

The Shuichi Ebisu store is located in the basement on your left as soon as you exit JR Ebisu Station from the west exit, cross the pedestrian crossing, and enter the street with KFC. There is a sign that says "Curry Tsukemen", so use it as a guide!

When you enter the store, first buy a meal ticket at the ticket vending machine. In addition to the main menu "Curry Laa Noodles", "Curry Abura Soba", and "Curry Tsukemen" (all for 750 yen), you will also discover "Spicy Cold Curry Noodles" (800 yen) that will appeal to you in the hot summer. I did.

At first, I was planning to eat "curry ramen", which is a combination of curry and ramen, but when I noticed it was too hot outside, I reached for the " spicy chilled curry noodles " button. "Curry ramen", I'll definitely come to eat when it gets a little cooler !!

By the way, "Spicy chilled curry noodles" can be selected from thin noodles or medium-thick noodles, so I chose medium-thick noodles this time. In addition, the two accompanying staff ordered "curry abura soba " and "curry tsukemen" respectively.

After waiting for about 5 minutes for the seat, "Curry Abura Soba" was first delivered. It is topped with thick roasted pork, boiled egg, green onion, seaweed, and spinach.

It has a mysterious taste that it tastes like curry while it tastes like abura soba. However, the two do not collide and are perfectly fused. The spiciness of the curry is a little mild thanks to the oil.

Next came "Curry Tsukemen". Hot curry-flavored soup and medium-thick noodles, toppings of char siu, boiled eggs, glue, and spinach were served on separate plates.
