Sushiro "Mackerel Curry Tsukemen"

At each conveyor belt sushi chain and Akindo Sushiro store, a limited-time menu "Saba-based curry tsukemen" will be released on October 14th. The price is 360 yen (excluding tax) and will end as soon as it runs out.

The second in the "Sushiya Tsukemen" series. Mackerel is used following the "saba-based rich seafood tsukemen " sold this summer.

The base of the soup is "special mackerel paste" made by crushing fatty domestic mackerel from bones. The original seafood-based soup (miso flavor) and curry, which is a unique blend of spices, are combined with this to create a rich and deep soup.

The noodles are thick noodles that are characterized by their firmness and elasticity. In addition to green onions and char siu, "Sushiro's proud sushi rice" is also topped. It is said that you can enjoy "two deliciousness with one cup" by adding rice to the soup.
