A curry dish that combines the mild richness of butter with the acidity of tomatoes, topped with a yogurt salad made in the style of raita, a standard garnish in authentic Indian cuisine. Chicken and onions are stewed in a roux that combines cream, butter, and nuts to enhance the acidity of the tomatoes, and topped with spinach and corn, which is in season in summer. The finishing touch is to bake it hot in the oven to give this butter chicken curry a depth of flavor.

The yogurt salad, which is added for a change of flavor, is made with sour yogurt that goes well with the spices. Mix it in with the curry at your favorite time to enjoy the "taste change" to a creamier flavor.

A dish of firm chilled noodles with plenty of seafood, including seared sea bream, and summery ingredients such as sudachi (citrus fruit). The flavor of kombu (kelp) and bonito are combined in a summery broth accented with the aroma of sudachi (a type of citrus fruit).

Topping ingredients include fragrant seared sea bream seared in the restaurant, moderately salty kama-age shirasu (dried young sardines), and a gorgeous looking head of shrimp. Fresh vegetables, grated daikon (Japanese radish), and sudachi (Japanese citrus fruit) are added to the toppings for a refreshing taste.

For an additional 330 yen (tax included), customers can add a "Choice of small bowl set" (sea bream with sesame sauce or salmon in a small bowl).
