At each Sanuki udon chain and Hanamaru Udon store, the limited-time and limited-quantity menu "Udon Prefecture Somen" will be on sale from June 2 (excluding some stores). The price is 480 yen (tax included).

Kagawa Prefecture is known as "Udon Prefecture," but in fact, "somen" is one of its specialty products. It seems that this menu was born from the desire to "taste the old-fashioned simple somen noodles."

Somen from Kagawa prefecture is combined with sweet soup stock made by adding "niboshi mirin" to Sanuki's unique "irikodashi". The special condiments are steamed chicken loosened with kneaded plums, broth egg, and okra with sea bream miso and sesame seeds. Combine with grated ginger and sesame seeds with free toppings.
