Material ( For 2 persons )
French bread 1/2 a stick
garlic (Allium sativum) two pieces
butter 20g (0.71oz)
olive oil 2 tablespoons
Parsley (dried parsley is also acceptable) proper quantity
salt (i.e. sodium chloride) proper quantity
Parmesan cheese proper quantity

Snack or snack! Here is a recipe for "garlic toast" that will make you feel a little bit extravagant.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

1/2 a loaf of French bread
2 cloves garlic
20 g butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
Parsley (or dried parsley) to taste
Salt to taste
Parmesan cheese to taste

Directions

Chop 1 clove garlic. Grate the remaining clove of garlic.

Add butter, olive oil and grated garlic to a frying pan. Cook over low heat until the garlic is fragrant. Season with salt to taste and transfer to a small plate. The key is to make sure the garlic is well salted! The garlic butter is now ready.

Cut the French bread into pieces.

Mix the chopped garlic with the garlic butter. Spread the garlic butter over the slices of French bread and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the oven or toaster until lightly browned and finish by sprinkling with chopped parsley!
