Bukkake Beef Suki Bukkake is a fluffy, chewy, warm udon topped with dipping sauce made from a unique blend of dried sardines, mackerel flakes, dried bonito flakes, and kelp, and topped with a generous portion of beef cooked sweet and spicy like sukiyaki, Chinese cabbage with the flavor of beef spread over it, and a half-boiled egg.
