One day, I found pink bread at a supermarket in Tokyo. Yamazaki Baking's "Fluffy Bread Strawberry".

The bread was baked with strawberry syrup and condensed milk, so I was attracted to the rarity and bought it. It was 6 pieces and the price was 203 yen (tax included).


When you open the bag, the sweet and sour scent of "strawberry milk" spreads around. I could only see the bread ears when it was in the package, but the inside was pinker than I expected!


If you eat it as it is without baking it, it will have a moist and chewy texture. You can feel the slight sweetness and sourness of strawberries and the taste of milky condensed milk.

When toasted, the fragrance becomes noticeable, and when chewed crispy, the strawberry is faintly scented. To get a better strawberry milk flavor, it may be better to leave it as it is or to heat it in the microwave than toast. It is also recommended to use the cute colors for handmade sweets sandwiches.



When I contacted Yamazaki Baking, it was said that the products were sold at supermarkets, mainly in the Kanto region.
