"SAKETANE SAKURA" is made with salted yaezakura cherry blossoms and azuki beans from Hokkaido, which are blended into the traditional SAKETANE dough. It was presented to the Emperor Meiji in 1875, and was the first item to popularize anpan.

Melon

"Cream Melon" is a soft dough filled with melon cream that has been cut into large pieces to enhance the flavor and pulpiness of the melon. The melon skin is enriched with melon puree for a richer flavor and a crispier texture. Domestic wheat is used for 50% of the dough flour except for the cookie dough.
