The "Tuna and the North Sea" Fair will be held at Kurazushi restaurants for a limited time and in limited quantities starting October 13. The fair will feature the most popular tuna, as well as scallops and crabs caught in cold waters and other areas.

Sushi using Shiogama tuna, which is one of the largest tuna catches in Japan. It is characterized by the moderate elasticity and deep red meat flavor that only wild caught tuna can offer. The tuna is then sprinkled evenly with a calculated amount of salt, and through Kuraray Sushi's unique sprinkling process, excess water is removed and the flavor is concentrated.
