At each FamilyMart store, the new "Shio Ramen" from the "Famima Ramen" series was released on January 10th. The price is 498 yen (tax included).

This is a salt ramen with a "relaxing and light taste". It was released last year (2016) at the same time, and it is said to be a popular product that ranked first in sales in the FamilyMart ramen series.

This year, the soup is blended with three types of salt. Furthermore, by combining vegetable bouillon and Japanese-style soup stock, you can enjoy a light yet mellow salt flavor.

In addition, this year we will use "three-layer noodles" for the noodles. A hard dough with a core made from strong flour from Hokkaido and a soft and chewy dough made from medium-strength flour are layered in three layers. The ingredients are simply char siu of Italian pork ribs baked on an open fire, green onions, gray onions, and menma.
