and Mitsuba Marugen Ramen will introduce "Seared Chicken Soba with Yuzu and Mitsuba" as a limited-time spring menu item. It will be available from February 2 to April 16, 2023. The price is 935 yen (tax included).

The main ingredients are char

siu

pork and tsukune, which are roasted slowly over a high flame. A light broth that allows you to enjoy the flavor of chicken is used to complement the fragrance of the meat and the aroma of yuzu and mitsuba. The soup is made with a salty-sweet flavor that enhances the aroma and color of the ingredients, and is described as a bowl of noodles that makes you want to drink every last drop of it.

Marugen Ramen offers a variety of seasonal dishes to suit each season, including its signature dish, "Aged Shoyu Ramen Meat Soba," which combines pork and soup cooked in a hand-pot with firm, high-pasteurized noodles, grated yuzu pepper, green onions, and other ingredients. The "Umashio-Shio-Shiritate Yuzu and Mitsuba Seared Chicken Soba" is one such menu item.
