Kitakata Ramen Sakauchi announced on its official website that "Refreshing salt ramen with the aroma of sudachi and seared shiitake mushrooms" is now available from August 23 to October 12. The price is 970 yen (including tax, the same below) for a regular portion and 1,120 yen for a large portion. A set of "Seared Chashu Rice" and "Ajitama (seasoned eggs)" are also available for an additional 300 yen.

Refreshing salt ramen with the aroma of sudachi and seared shiitake mushrooms

This is the first completely new menu item at Sakauchi in two years. The refreshing salt soup, combined with the aroma of fresh sudachi and seared shiitake mushrooms, is said to be a refreshing ramen in the lingering summer heat.
