Famima the

Melon Pan

This melon bread features a biscuit dough made with fermented butter from Normandy, France, and long-fermented panettone bread dough. Priced at 128 yen (tax included, same as below), each piece contains 357 kcal.


The outside is crispy and the inside is fluffy! The aroma of fermented butter used in this bread is rich. The crispy surface, fluffy dough, rich buttery flavor, gentle sweetness, and mellow aroma all come together to create a truly royal melon bread!

Famima The Curry Bread

Curry bun with a beef curry filling wrapped in a doughnut dough with a firm texture that does not absorb oil. The aroma is enhanced by roasted spices, and the addition of fon de veau enhances the flavor and depth of taste. Priced at 140 yen, each piece contains 354 kcal.


The batter is crispy and the dough is light and fluffy, but chewy. The curry filling that overflows with a complex spice flavor and an appetizing aroma! The curry is more authentic and rich than expected. The spiciness is about medium-hot. The moist, chewy dough and the curry filling are deliciously melded together!


It is delicious as is, but if you warm it in the microwave (500W) for about 10 seconds, the dough will become fluffy and the aroma of the curry spices will be enhanced, making it even more delicious. Recommended.

Famima The Cream Bread

A cream bun made with egg yolks and fresh cream, panettone bread dough, and custard cream made with a special blend of milk and eggs, priced at 138 yen. Priced at 138 yen, each piece contains 264 kcal.


Yum! The moist, thin crust dough is melt-in-your-mouth, and the custard cream inside is rich and thick, but melts easily, filling your mouth with a rich sweetness and egginess. The moist dough and the rich cream melt together in your mouth at the same time...!


The cream, of course, is delicious, but so is the dough. The egg yolk and cream are blended in, so the texture and mouthfeel is really good. There is no dryness at all, and it has a rich, full-bodied texture. I like the feeling of not relying on the custard cream for its deliciousness.


As you would expect from a company bearing the name "Famima," I felt that every one of the "Famima the Bread" products was made with great care. I am looking forward to seeing what Famima the Bread will bring to the market in the future.
