Rich extremely spicy pork bone ramen Ichibanken
The soup is bright red!

The first "Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen Ichibanken" specialty store will open in Moriyama-ku, Nagoya on December 20th.

The signature menu, "Thick Tonkotsu Ramen," is made by dissolving more than 20 types of "carefully selected ingredients" such as chili peppers and special spicy oil in pork bone soup that has been simmered for 24 hours or more. It is said that "rich and spicy pork bone ramen" will be offered, which "pursues spiciness" and goes well with pork bone soup. You can choose the spiciness from 3 levels.

In addition, on December 20th and 21st, ramen will be sold at a discount of 200 yen as an open commemorative campaign.

The store is located at 366 Kawamura-cho, Moriyama-ku, Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture. Business hours are Monday to Thursday from 11:00 to 15:00 and from 17:30 to 24:00. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are from 11:00 to 15:30 and from 17:00 to 24:30.
