"Strawberry Milk Puff" and "Gyokuro Matcha Puff"

Cream puff specialty store Beard Papa will sell "Strawberry Milk Puff" from May 1 to May 31 in collaboration with Sakuma Seika for the first time. The "Gyokuro Matcha Choux" will be on sale from May 1 to June 30.

Puff "Strawberry Milk Puff" is the second item in the "Amazing Experience" project under the theme of Beard Papa's 25th anniversary, "It's Amazing! the theme of Beard Dad's 25th anniversary, "It's Amazing! The long-selling candy has been transformed into cream puffs! This unexpected collaboration will deliver a "surprising experience".


Sakuma Seika's "Ichigo Miruku" is a long-selling product born in 1970, which is a milky pink strawberry candy wrapped in a crispy miruku mille-feuille. It is made from the juice of Fukuoka Prefecture's Amao, known as the "king of strawberries. You can enjoy the harmony of the sourness of strawberries and mille-feuille.


The gorgeous puff pastry is decorated with Sakuma Seika's strawberry miruku candy glitter and filled with milky and gentle tasting strawberry miruku cream. The pink glittering candy glitters also accentuate the texture, creating a cream puff that is unprecedented in terms of texture, appearance, and taste. The price is 290 yen (tax included).

Gyokuro Matcha Puff

The popular annual matcha flavor has been enhanced this year by adding not only Uji green tea but also gyokuro, a tea with a distinctive flavor and sweetness. This year, we have renewed the rich and flavorful matcha cream with gyokuro. The rich aroma and sweetness of the cream can be enjoyed together with the crunchy texture of the bittersweet cookie puff dough that envelops it. The price is 270 yen (tax included).


The black grains in the product are vanilla beans.
