"Brigela", a specialty store of "Brioche con gelato", opened on October 27th at "Kashiwa Modi" in Kashiwa City, Chiba Prefecture.
Brioche con gelato is a "new sensation" sweet with cold gelato sandwiched between warm brioche. The temperature difference is 60 degrees Celsius, and you can eat deliciously in both hot summers and cold winters.
Gelato is handmade daily by gelato craftsmen who trained in Italy. It seems that you can enjoy all 16 flavors in your favorite combination.
