We tried "Raw French Cruller" at

Mister Donut stores. Three types of " Raw French Cruller " went on sale on August 2, 2012. These new doughnuts are different from the usual "French cruller" and feature a newly developed "raw texture" dough.


I immediately bought one and tried it! For comparison, we also prepared the standard "French Cruller", "Angel French", and "Strawberry Custard French".


The " Fresh French Cruller " is made with a raw texture and glaze, while the "Fresh French Angel & Custard " is made with whipped cream, custard cream, chocolate coating, candied almonds, and sugar topping. and"Angel & Berry Fresh French" made with whipped cream and mixed berry jam sandwiched in dough, strawberry chocolate coating, and topped with raspberry sugar.




Compared to the standard French crullers, the French crullers are larger in size and slightly lower (flatter) in bulk. How do they taste and feel?

While the regular French cruller has a crispy, fluffy texture, the "Raw French cruller" is moist and melts in your mouth! In contrast to the usual soft and fluffy dough, the "Fresh French Cruller" is so moist that it even feels che wy. Angel & Custard Fresh French

Moist and melting dough with whipped cream & custard cream. The sweetness that spreads on the palate is complemented by the savory aroma of bitter chocolate and crunchy nuts. The classic "Angel French" is sandwiched between whipped cream, but the "Angel & Custard Fresh French" is richer with whipped cream and custard cream as well.

Berry Fresh French

The moist and chewy melt-in-your-mouth dough matches the mild sweetness of the whipped cream and the sweet and sour taste of the strawberries! The crunchy raspberry sugar accents the texture. The standard "Strawberry Custard French" contains custard cream, but the "Angel & Berry Fresh French" contains whipped cream and two kinds of mixed berry jam, and strawberry chocolate is covered all over, so you can enjoy a fruity taste with a stronger strawberry flavor. You can enjoy the fruity taste of strawberries.
