Brioche is a specialty store of "Brioche con gelato", a sweet that sandwiches gelato with "Brioche" dough that uses plenty of butter and eggs. The first store in Kiyosumi Shirakawa, Tokyo was opened in May this year, and the second store in Odaiba, Tokyo was opened in August.

At the fair, in addition to eight standard flavors such as milk, caramel nuts, and ramune, two daily flavors will be prepared. The price starts from 250 yen.
