Brigera is a sweet made by sandwiching additive-free gelato in bread "brioche" that uses butter and eggs luxuriously. The first Kiyosumi Shirakawa store opened in May 2015, and the second Odaiba Decks Tokyo Beach store opened in August.
The "Pumpkin Gelato" released this time is a vanilla gelato mixed with seasonal vegetables, sandwiched between rich-tasting brioche. The pumpkin is made from Hokkaido's "Kuri Shogun", which has a strong sweetness, and it is said that you can enjoy the natural sweetness and chewy texture.
