Jolly Pasta will be offering a seasonal dolce "Strawberry Tart - with Strawberry Gelato", available from March 2 to late April 2023. The price is 649 yen (tax included).

Almond Tart with Pistachio Sponge and Bright Red Strawberries

Jolly Pasta puts emphasis on sweet dishes in addition to pastas that make the most of seasonal ingredients, including a variety of "strawberry dolce" ( strawberry cream puffs ) available from January to early March. Berry Whipped Custard Strawberry Gelato," which is available from January to early March, is followed by a new strawberry dolce filled with fresh strawberries.

An almond-flavored tart is topped with whipped cream, a light green sponge with pistachio paste, and bright red strawberries as a topping. The tart is served with strawberry pulp sauce and Italian Gelato Association-certified strawberry gelato on the side for a festive look.
