"Brigela", a specialty store of sweets "Brioche con gelato" with gelato sandwiched between brioche, will open in Kiyosumi Shirakawa, Tokyo on May 3rd.

In Brigera, handmade gelato is provided daily by a female gelato craftsman who trained at a long-established Italian gelato shop. There are 16 flavors, including 10 standard flavors and 6 flavors made with seasonal fruits.
