Brigela has its first store in Kiyosumi Shirakawa and its second store in Odaiba. The signature menu, brioche con gelato (brijera), is a "new sensation" dessert that is eaten with cold gelato sandwiched between warm brioche. In Sicily, Italy, which is said to be the birthplace, it is also loved as a breakfast and lunch menu.
