King will release "Ugly the One Pounder" on April 26 as the second installment of the 2024 "One Pounder Series" at Burger King. The popular "American Smoky Chicken" will be available at a special Golden Week price starting April 26.

Pounder

is a super-sized cheeseburger with an overwhelming volume that allows you to fully enjoy the generous amount of beef and cheese, and is made with six slices of rich cheddar cheese on a four-cheese Kraft bun that has been carefully grilled by hand. The four-cheese Kraft bun is filled with six slices of rich cheddar cheese, four 100% beef patties grilled over an open flame, pickles, fresh onions, ketchup, and mustard.


The four-cheese Kraft buns are made by fermenting pre-fermented bread dough with an even layer of fresh sour Gouda cheese, mild Egmont cheese, and subtly sweet mozzarella cheese, followed by a layer of cheddar cheese. Due to the large amount of manual labor, only about 1/3 of the quantity of regular buns can be produced.

When ordering, we recommend ordering a "half-cut," which is easier to eat. When you order a "half cut" at the checkout counter, it will be cut in half and served to you. It is easy to hold and you can eat from the middle, which is full of juices and delicious cheese. Priced at 1,990 yen for a single item and 2,290 yen for a set (tax included, same below).

To commemorate the release, an "original sticker" will be presented with each purchase of "Ugly the One Pounder" (either individually or as part of a set). Limited quantities available. No advance order allowed.

"American Smoky Chicken" is an authentic tasting chicken on the bone with a smoky aroma of applewood and hickory and 7 spices. 8 pieces of "American Smoky Chicken" will be available for 2 weeks only from April 26th to May 9th at a stacking price of 1,000 yen. The special Golden Week price is 890 yen, a 110 yen discount from the stacking price of 1,000 yen.
