This is a new menu in which "authentic roast beef", which is made by "vacuum cooking" beef and slowly heating it at a low temperature, is lavishly served on rice. It will be provided in a heavy weight.


The meat is thickened with soy sauce, mirin, sake, etc., and the original Japanese-style sauce with pepper. A horseradish cream sauce is also included as an accessory.


Even if the roast beef is served in a row, there are plenty of roast beef on it (maybe it depends on the size of the meat), and the taste is excellent! It's moist and soft, and it's easy to chew, and the more you chew, the more juicy it tastes. This is ... good ... !!
