A new product, "Ikura, the finest abalone bowl," will be on sale at each "Nakau" store of bowls and Kyoto-style udon noodles. Available from December 17th.

"Ikura, the finest abalone bowl" is a superb abalone bowl that is too luxurious, with 3 pieces of raw abalone on top of the large natural salmon roe that is served in a bowl. You can fully enjoy the soft texture while having the crunchy texture peculiar to raw abalone. We also have a single item of "raw abalone" that you can "chasing abalone" as much as you like.

The popular "Ikura / Abalone Bowl" and "Ikura / W Double Abalone Bowl", which were sold for a limited time in July as a luxury series, will also be resold.
