"Salmon bowl" will be on sale on March 8th at each Nakau store (excluding some stores). This year, the hearty "Salmon Don" will also be available. Scheduled to end sales in early May.

Nakau's "Salmon Bowl" is a colorful spring-like bowl that combines rice with slightly sushi vinegar, moist and greasy salmon and brocaded egg. Salmon contains nutrients that are good for the body, such as omega 3, vitamin D, and vitamin E, which has antioxidant properties, making it a perfect bowl for those who care about the body. The price is 690 yen (tax included).


The large-sized salmon fillet is quickly pickled in a special sauce made from white soy sauce, and has a refreshing taste with no habit. The brocade egg is made from Nakau's proud "special egg", which is characterized by the elasticity and rich taste of the yolk. The rich flavor of brocaded egg goes well with the taste of greasy salmon.

The new "Salmon Don" is a delicious dish with twice as much salmon as the regular serving. The price is 1,000 yen (tax included).
