The store specializes in all-you-can-eat tempura. In addition to the standard seafood such as shrimp, conger eel, and kiss, tempura is also prepared with vegetables such as maitake, lotus root, and asparagus, and unusual sauce such as pork loin, teriyaki burger, and wiener. All of them are battered in "extremely lightly finished batter" and fried in high-temperature oil to confine the taste of the ingredients.
