"Chicken Tatsuta Sandwich" and "Negi Shio Chicken Tatsuta Sandwich" were released on January 7th at First Kitchen.


"Chicken Tatsuta Sandwich" is a fried chicken tatsutaage with mayonnaise and cabbage, sandwiched in buns. It will be a renewal version of the same product released in 2013. The price is 340 yen (tax included).

"Negi Shio Chicken Tatsuta Sand" is a Japanese-style sauce made by sandwiching fried chicken tatsutaage and cabbage with buns and combining long onions, onions, sesame oil, and sesame seeds. The salty taste of the sauce, the texture of the green onion, and the flavor of sesame oil enhance the deliciousness of chicken tatsuta. The price is 380 yen (tax included).

In each case, chicken breast soaked in soy sauce, mirin, garlic, etc. overnight is used for tatsutaage. "Mochiko" was added to the batter to create a crispy texture.
