Wendy's First Kitchen Shibuya Center-gai Store will close on January 22. The store is holding a "Closing Appreciation Festival" from January 16 to 22.

The Shibuya Center Street branch opened on May 3, 1978 as the third First Kitchen restaurant; since December 2016, it has been operating as Wendy's First Kitchen. The closure is due to the reconstruction of the building and brings an end to its 44-year history.

The Shibuya Center-gai store is currently holding a "Closing Thanksgiving Festival" from January 16 to January 22. During this period, a set of flavored fries M size and a float will be offered for the price of Thank you!=390 yen.

Wendy's Japan and First Kitchen are considering future store development, including reoccupancy after the building reconstruction.
