This is a huge cream puff with a diameter of about 12 cm and a height of about 6 cm. The cake size is No. 4, and the familiar one is about the same diameter as a CD.



There is plenty of cream that combines whipped cream and custard inside. The thickness of the skin is about the same as ordinary cream puffs, so the cream ratio is quite high. This is a perfect distribution for those who think that the cream puff is the cream and the choux pastry is a bonus.
