In Niigata, there is no one who does not know "Momotaro Ice Cream"! It is a cream puff inspired by "Momotaro Ice Cream", which is a famous ice cream product in Niigata.


Momotaro Ice Cream" is Niigata's local ice cream with plenty of ice cubes mixed with strawberry-flavored syrup. The name "Momo" means "Momo" but there are no peaches in it. It is a tricky shaved ice bar that contains apple juice even though it is strawberry-flavored.

Inside the pie puff pastry is a combination of Echigohime strawberry cream made with Niigata's specialty "Echigohime strawberries", which have a strong aroma and a mild sour taste, and whipped cream with apple juice. Whipped cream with apple juice is rather rare, don't you think?


Since it is a pie puff, the dough is crispy and slightly hard (which is good). The pink part of the cream that overflows from the inside is strawberry flavor, and the white part is apple flavor. The strawberry is sweet and sour, and its freshness and juice can be felt strongly! On the other hand, the apple whipped cream is refreshingly sweet, with a hint of fruity apple in the richness of the mild milk.


When the two creams mix in the mouth, an elegant sweetness that can be taken as either strawberry or apple spreads softly and is extremely delicious. ......
