Fujiya's "Mille Crepe with 3 kinds of fruits from Ehime" and other new cakes

Fujiya confectionery stores will sequentially release new cakes "Mille Crepe with 3 kinds of fruits from Ehime", "Oven-baked Double Cream Puff (Le Leche from Niigata Prefecture)", "Mont Blanc with Pear (Le Leche) from Niigata Prefecture", "Mixed & Milky with 3 kinds of Japanese Fruits cream puffs" have been on sale sequentially since November 2.

Mille Crepe with 3 kinds of fruits from Ehime Prefecture

The mille crepe consists of alternating layers of citrus cream combined with Beni Madonna and Seito sauce, cream cheese cream, and decorated with a layer of Iyokan orange in syrup. It is priced at 490 yen (tax included).

Oven-baked Double Cream Puff (Le Leche from Niigata Prefecture)

Oven-baked puff pastry case layered with light custard cream, Le Leche (pear) cream and chanterelle cream. Price: 360 yen.

Niigata Pear (Le Lecce) Mont Blanc

Sponge with pear-flavored sauce, Le Leche cream, and pear-flavored cream layered with Le Leche cream, and decorated with Le Leche in syrup. The price is 490 yen.

Mixed & Milky Cream Puff with 3 Kinds of Domestic Fruits

Cream puffs with cream mixed with Ruby Romain from Ishikawa Prefecture, Shimizu Hakuto jam from Okayama Prefecture, and Sato Nishiki sauce from Yamagata Prefecture. You can enjoy the delicious taste with condensed milk cream. The price is 180 yen.
