KitKat Chocolatery's flagship store "Ginza Main Store" was reopened on July 25th. There is a cafe space on the 2nd floor. You can enjoy a menu where you can feel the "luxury unique to chocolate".

"Sub-zero chocolate nitrogen shavings (1,296 yen including tax)" is a sweet that is assorted with two special "Kit Cut Chocolatery Moreson" that has been chilled to below freezing and one matcha-flavored ice monaka. This is a unique menu where the staff will pour liquid nitrogen into a small plate in front of you when you place an order. The fluffy cold air is fantastic and cool!

There are two types of moreson, milk and bitter. It seems that the toppings vary depending on the season, but when I ate it, pistachios, berries, nuts, etc. were used. In addition, the bitterness of Ice Monaka, which is made by filling Monaka with matcha ice cream, is moderate, and you can enjoy it in a well-balanced manner with sweet chocolate.

"KitKat Chocolatery Parfait (1,080 yen including tax)" is a sweet made with luxurious chocolate, ice cream, and fruits. Rich fondant au chocolat and ice cream (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry), fresh seasonal fruits based on framboise-flavored fresh cream, crushed carefully selected cacao, and the popular product "I LOVE FRUITS" are topped.
I haven't eaten it, but various flavors are folded in one glass, and you can enjoy various textures as you eat. In addition, chocolate is said to be randomly topped with 3 out of 5 types of strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, yuzu, and passion fruit.
