Ginza Chocolat Collection 2023

Ginza Sembikiya announced on their official website that "Ginza Chocolat Collection 2023" will be available at their stores from January 14, 2023. Pre-sales have started at the official online store. The price is 1,944 yen (tax included).


Bergamot,

lemon, lime, and yuzu citrus chocolates

Four types of citrus fruits (bergamot, lemon, lime, and yuzu) are used in this fruit specialty store's chocolates, with chocolates selected and combined according to the characteristics of each.

The Bergamot Strawberry is made with milk chocolate, strawberries, dark chocolate, strawberry puree, raspberry puree, bergamot puree, strawberry juice and bergamot rind. Each piece contains 49 kcal.

Lemon Matcha is made with French white chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, matcha green tea, lemon zest, and other ingredients. Each piece contains 49 calories.

Lime Pineapple combines French and Italian milk chocolate with pineapple, dark chocolate, dried pineapple, pineapple puree and lime zest. It has a touch of Western liquor and 1.5% alcohol. Calories 38 kcal per piece.

"Yuzu figs" are a combination of Colombian, French and Spanish dark chocolate, figs, fig puree, yuzu puree, yuzu rind and honey. Each piece contains 45 kcal.

Since each piece is made by hand, the pattern and color of the chocolate may vary from piece to piece. Sales will be limited and will be discontinued when the number reaches a certain level. The following stores are selling the chocolates
